No. Our summer memberships are every 4 weeks, so you can train for as long as you're home and have an active membership. Whether that’s 4 weeks or the entire summer, we're flexible and have you covered! The longer and more frequently an athlete trains, the better the results and transformation.
Each athlete has access up to 8, 12, or Unlimited sessions to use every 4-weeks. These are specialized small group personal training sessions that are 100% led by a certified trainer. This allows for specific individualization to be provided as needed so you're maximizing every rep in every session.

The comprehensive program options that includes the training sessions and resources are:
Up to 8 training sessions per 4 weeks - $249
Up to 12 training sessions per 4 weeks - $279
Up to UNLIMITED training sessions per 4 weeks - $329
**Sessions do not carry over from the 4 week cycle and must be used prior to the end of the summer.
